Conquerall is offered by Binary Business, CVR 38836234, Denmark. Contact hello@binarybusiness.me and mention Conquerall.

Free access

You may play Conquerall for free in your browser or install its web app. There is no account, subscription or in-game purchase. Please use the service without disrupting it or other users, and do not present the game or its artwork as your own.

Game and asset rights

Free access does not make the game's proprietary source or original assets open source or grant permission to sell or redistribute them. Third-party components and music retain their own licences; those licences are not restricted by these terms. See Credits & licences for the applicable notices.

Your progress

Settings and progress are stored locally on your device. App & saves can export a backup and import it into another installation. There is no server-side save synchronization or recovery service. An active battle is not included in an exported backup; saved checkpoints and supported progress are.

Browser data removal, uninstalling, private browsing and storage eviction can remove progress. Keep your own backup. Moving from a preview address to the public game may require exporting and importing because browsers separate storage by site.

Availability and compatibility

The game needs a compatible browser and graphics support. Offline play becomes available after the complete download finishes. Updates, maintenance or service withdrawal can affect availability; uninterrupted service and compatibility with every device are not promised.

Our iPhone and iPad checks use Apple's Simulator. Physical iOS hardware and its performance have not been verified. Reports from those devices are welcome through the contact page.

Responsibility

The game is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses or loss of locally stored progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy explains local storage, website requests and support messages. We update the date above when these terms change. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law protects.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
