Conquerall is a free, single-player game. You do not need an account. Your game progress stays in your browser unless you choose to export and share a backup.

Who operates the game

Conquerall is published by Binary Business, CVR 38836234, Denmark. Binary Business is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact hello@binarybusiness.me and mention Conquerall.

Your saves and offline files

The game uses localStorage for settings, campaign progress, discoveries and saved Infinite Conquest checkpoints. A service worker caches game files, including music, for offline play. The game does not upload your saves or synchronize them between devices.

App & saves lets you export a backup file and import it into another browser or installation. Exporting downloads a file to your device; importing reads the file locally. We receive a copy only if you separately choose to send one to us.

Clearing site data, uninstalling an app, private browsing or browser storage eviction can remove progress and downloaded files. Keep an exported backup if you want a recovery copy. We cannot restore a lost save from the server. Different site addresses or installed apps can have separate storage.

Website requests

Opening the website or downloading game files sends a request to the site's host and network services. Operational logs can include your IP address, request path, time, response status and browser information. We use these records to deliver the site, diagnose faults and investigate abuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure service.

The public service uses Hetzner for hosting and Cloudflare for network delivery, DNS and protection. These providers process request data as part of delivering the service. Cloudflare operates internationally, so request data may be processed outside the EEA under its applicable data-protection arrangements. The private preview is served from the operator's own server.

We do not add gameplay analytics, advertising trackers or account cookies. Game assets are served from the game's own site. Host and network protections may process requests independently of the game.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the reported problem. Do not send passwords, tokens or unrelated personal information. A screenshot or save backup is optional.

We handle support correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering requests and maintaining the game, and to meet legal obligations when they apply. Our published address uses Cloudflare email forwarding to the operator's Google mailbox. Those providers handle messages and attachments, including possible processing outside the EEA under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Problem reports

The contact page has a Report a problem control. It shows you the exact report first, and nothing is sent unless you press Send. A report holds an error code, the places in the contact page's own script where something failed, the site's build, your browser's major version and random identifiers used to delete it, plus a note or an email address only if you type one. It never holds your saves, runs or settings, error messages, or the content or address of any page.

Send delivers the report through this site's own /api/error-reports to Binary Business's report service, passing through the same hosting and network providers as other requests to the site. We use reports to find and fix faults in the game and its site, based on your consent, which you give each time you press Send.

We keep the technical data for 14 days (up to 28 days including backups), and any note or email address for 7 days (up to 21 days including backups). Your browser keeps the receipt of a sent report for up to 28 days, and a report you sent that has not been delivered yet for up to 24 hours. Delete this report, beside its receipt on the contact page, deletes the report; Forget this receipt removes only your browser's copy of the receipt, after which the report can no longer be deleted from that browser and expires on the schedule above.

Retention

Local game data remains until you or your browser removes it. You control any backup files you export. Operational records are kept for troubleshooting and security, subject to the hosting and logging systems' retention and storage limits; relevant records may be kept longer while investigating an incident. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and any related dispute or legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You can remove local game data using your browser's site-data controls. This also removes offline downloads and may remove saved progress, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.

For personal data we hold, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to the applicable conditions. Contact hello@binarybusiness.me. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. These requests concern records we actually hold; we cannot access browser-local saves remotely.

Changes

We update the date above when this notice changes. The notice describes this version of the service; any future change to data collection must be reflected here.
